FUSION FOUNDRY
Who is it aimed at?
Companies of any size who take on 1 – 20 people onto graduate or early talent schemes
What is it?
An open programme which brings together high potential graduates from across organisations onto a six month programme. This is made up of four one day events and two one to one support sessions.
FUSION FOUNDRY IN HOUSE
Who is it aimed at?
Companies who take on more than 20 graduates each year or who have specific development needs.
What is it?
A tailored development programme to meet the needs of the client organisation. It can be exactly the same as the Fusion Foundry, but run in house, or we can work with you to develop different components, as required.
This can include changing the content of the events to make the context company specific, introducing different skills, developing action learning projects across the organisation or changing the balance of the coaching versus the events.

Developing ROI cases to calculate the return from your scheme
Every scheme costs money so there has to be a return on that investment. We have a distinct approach to working out the return on early talent schemes which goes beyond the anecdotal and gives a clear return compared to the alternative courses of action.
This is an invovled piece of work whcih requires current and past data from the business. It is well worth doing.
